- Collaborate with sales teams to generate leads, pitch services, and close deals.
- Analyze industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences to identify emerging opportunities for new courses or program enhancements.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key industry stakeholders, including corporate clients, educational institutions, and professional associations.
- Collaborate with instructional designers, subject matter experts, and multimedia specialists to develop high-quality training materials, including presentations, e-learning modules, and interactive simulations.
- Stay abreast of industry regulations, certification requirements, and accreditation standards to ensure compliance and quality assurance.
- Provide ongoing support and coaching to trainers and facilitators, fostering their professional development and continuous improvement.
Qualification
- Graduates or post-graduates with a passion for market research, sales, and organizational development.
- Strong communication and analytical skills.
