This Refund Policy explains how we handle contributions, payments and cancellations across Change Management Enterprise, Quantum World Ventures and Namaskar with Love Foundation.

Donations to Namaskar with Love Foundation

Contributions made to Namaskar with Love Foundation via UPI, bank transfer (NEFT/RTGS/IMPS) or PayPal are, as with most charitable contributions, generally non-refundable once processed, as funds are directed toward ongoing rural education, women's empowerment and child welfare programs.

That said, if you believe you made a donation in error — for example, a duplicate transaction, an incorrect amount, or a payment made by mistake — please contact us within 7 days of the transaction at ceo@changemanagemententerprise.com with your transaction reference, and we will review the matter in good faith and work with you toward a fair resolution.

Programs, Courses and Consulting Engagements

Where Change Management Enterprise or Quantum World Ventures offer a paid program, course, workshop or consulting engagement, the specific cancellation and refund terms for that engagement will be communicated to you directly, in writing, at the time of enrolment or contracting — since terms can reasonably vary by program length, cohort size and delivery format.

As a general starting point, unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• Cancellations made more than 14 days before a program's start date may be eligible for a full refund, less any payment-processing charges already incurred;
• Cancellations made within 14 days of a program's start date, or after materials/access have been provided, may not be eligible for a refund, at our discretion;
• In the event a program is cancelled or rescheduled by us, you will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer to a future cohort.

Internship, Fellowship and Career Applications

Our Internship, Fellowship and Careers programs do not involve any payment from applicants — there is nothing to refund. If you are ever asked to pay a fee to apply for or secure a position with us, please treat this as suspicious and contact us immediately, as it does not reflect our practice.

How Refunds Are Processed

Where a refund is approved, we will process it using the same payment method you originally used, within a reasonable timeframe, typically within 14 business days of approval.
